At ELISE SOM we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new and unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or merchandise exchange, with proof of purchase. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
Please ensure you retain your receipt for any returns.
Items must be new, unused and in original packaging with original tags to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Bedding is eligible for store credit or exchange only and has to be in unopened, original packaging.
The following categories are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, cancellation or exchanges:
- Fine China
- Bespoke/Custom Orders
- Sale Items
Additionally, all orders placed through International Checkout are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Registry Returns
No need to inform the gift giver of the exchange; we are happy to issue a credit equivalent to the merchandise total directly to you. To process a gift return, call our Concierge at +44 020 3845 1987 or email us at email@example.com. You may exchange gifts from your Gift Registry up to 14 days after your event.
How to Return Your Item
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in ELISE SOM being unable to refund you. Returned packages must be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or insured Parcel Post. We cannot accept liability due to goods lost or damaged in transit. These shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please keep tracking details of your return until you receive confirmation that it has been received and processed.
Please allow up to 10 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods.
